Reclaiming Time: Finding Rhythm Beyond Urgency

March 31, 2026 or April 1, 2026

Many of us are living within a constant sense of urgency — measuring our days by productivity, speed, and the feeling of never quite having enough time. But this relationship to time isn’t neutral. It has been shaped by systems that demand us to move faster than our bodies can hold, our communities can nurture, and the earth can sustain. Reclaiming Time is a guided, collective space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with rhythms that feel more alive and rooted.

Reimagining Research with Pause and Effect

April 16, 2026 to May 15, 2026

Are you ready to radically transform your research practice? This five-week, hands-on cohort is for researchers, educators, artists, and changemakers who are ready to unlearn colonial research frameworks and co-create something radically different. If you’re tired of the status quo craving a research space that feels like truth, wonder, and belonging — you’ve found it.

Previous Experiences

This gathering is an invitation to tend to the in-between. Our relationships with time and place have been distorted and severed. Within this rupture, many of us have lost touch with the liminal, relational spaces where imagination, meaning, and solidarity take root. Together, we will explore the space where time and place collide — where rhythms arise from landscapes, where memory bends the clock, and where new ways of being, knowing, and sensing become possible.

Have you been feeling the weight of injustice? Do you feel that something deeper needs to shift to transform our shared realities? This 10-week journey is an invitation to slow down and witness. To notice what we’ve internalised, to understand how it shows up in our bodies, and to practise new ways of being that align with the futures we long for. Because the worlds we’re trying to build take root as they are practised and embodied within us.

Have you been sensing a disconnect between the marketing work you're doing and the world you want to help create? This 15-week course is an invitation to move together slowly and deliberately as we unlearn extractive patterns and re-root ourselves in memory and relation. If you’ve been feeling the need to shift how we "market" and re-orient toward something more alive and nourishing, this space is for you.
